Here’s an example of an acoustic poem using the words “Find Music Lyrics.” With an Acrostic Poem, the first letter of each line spells a word that can be read vertically.
Find Music Lyrics
Finding our life
in the words of a song
never-ending stories
depicting yesterdays gone
Meaningful lyrics
used to touch inside hearts
sung by an artist merely playing our part
inspiring emotion no matter the age
characterizing our journey as though we’re onstage
Leaving us lost in their ballad we cry
yet we search for these words to keep by our side
rehearsing we memorize the lyrics to songs
in time with the music, we sing along
canvasses of art-words that keep us transfixed, while
singing our life story wrapped in music lyrics
