Love us Too, We Are Family

The world cries tears,
it bleeds for a peace,
it suffers in silence,
the mountains look down on us,
the waters rise and fall,
Rustling leaves on the big oak
try desperately to get our attention…
“know us”, they scream
“We are here,
forever we have been here,
we give you life”
You breathe the air because of us,
your growth is from our mother,
as your brother and sister
we ask one thing from you,
just one,
“love us too, we are family”
